Export or delete your data
Download a copy of your conversations, memory and files, or delete them.

In the phone app
Open Me › Your data:
- Export my data — tap Export to get your conversations, memory, Library files and more as one zip file.
- Delete my data — tap Delete and type DELETE to confirm. This can't be undone. Your device sign-ins and scheduled tasks are kept.
On the web
You can delete single conversations: choose the trash icon next to a conversation in the sidebar. To export everything, use the phone app or email us (see Contact support).
To close your account as well, see Delete your account.
