Terms of Service

Effective October 13, 2026

Jelly Drops LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. Registered office: 9 E. Loockerman Street, Suite 311, Dover, Kent County, Delaware 19901; registered agent: Allstate Corporate Services Corp.

1. These terms and who provides the service

These terms are an agreement between you and Jelly Drops LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”), about your use of our devices, apps, websites and related services (the “service”). By using the service you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. What the service covers

The service comprises AI-assisted content generation for your business, publishing and replying through accounts you connect, reports on your own operating data, and the device, software and support needed to deliver those functions. The exact scope depends on the plan you choose. We may add, change or retire functions as the product develops and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

3. Accounts, connected platforms and credentials

Your accounts on third-party platforms remain yours. You sign in and grant access yourself, and access is used only to carry out actions you instruct. You can revoke it at any time. You must have the right to use and manage any account you connect. You are responsible for keeping your account, password and device secure and for activity under your account.

4. Plans, usage fees and payment

Paid plans are billed in US dollars. Some features also consume prepaid usage credit, for example model inference and image, video and speech generation. Prices, billing periods and included allowances are those shown when you order or as otherwise agreed in writing. Applicable taxes are added where required. A plan that renews automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the price then in effect until you cancel; you can cancel online at any time in your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We will tell you about a price change at least 7 days before it applies to your plan. We may suspend paid features while a payment is overdue. Except where the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing, fees for periods already started and usage already consumed are non-refundable.

5. Your content and platform rules

You are responsible for content you publish through the service. It must be lawful, must not infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, and must follow the rules of each platform you use. If you publish regulated content — for example advertising, health, financial or food claims — you are responsible for the required disclosures and review. The approval steps in the product exist so you can do that review; they do not replace it.

6. AI-generated content

Content produced through the service is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before you rely on it or publish it. Where a law or a platform requires AI-generated or synthetic content to be disclosed or labelled, you are responsible for doing so, and you must not remove or alter such labels.

7. Voice and likeness features

Before using features that reproduce a person’s voice or likeness, you must have that person’s express permission and keep a record of it. You must not use these features to impersonate anyone, to mislead the public or for any unlawful purpose. We may ask for proof of permission and may restrict or stop uses that we reasonably believe are unlawful or harmful.

8. Intellectual property

The software, interfaces, documentation and our trademarks belong to us or our licensors. Materials and business information you provide remain yours. You give us the limited licence needed to process them to deliver the service to you. As between you and us, you may use the content you generate through the service, provided it does not infringe the rights of others.

9. Changes, suspension and termination

Maintenance, upgrades, faults, changes made by third-party platforms or events beyond our control may interrupt or change the service. We will make reasonable efforts to limit the impact and to tell you promptly. If you breach these terms, the law or a platform’s rules, we may warn you, restrict, suspend or terminate the service. You may stop using the service at any time. After termination you can ask us to delete or return your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We do not promise any particular reach, engagement, conversion or revenue. Third-party platforms set their own rules and may change, throttle, suspend or shut down access; that is not a breach by us. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and by applicable United States federal law. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the dispute informally. If it is not resolved within 30 days, it will be decided by the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction; either party may instead bring an individual claim in a small-claims court that has jurisdiction. Nothing in this section takes away consumer protections that the law of your place of residence does not allow you to give up.

12. Changes to these terms and contact

We may update these terms when the law or our business changes. Updates are published on this page with a new version label, and material changes will be highlighted. Continuing to use the service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms. For questions about these terms, email support@jellydropsllc.com. Formal legal notices may be sent to Jelly Drops LLC, c/o Allstate Corporate Services Corp., 9 E. Loockerman Street, Suite 311, Dover, DE 19901.
