Let Harko work in Chrome
With the Harko extension, Harko works in your own Chrome — in its own tab group, asking before it sends, posts, buys or deletes.
Applies to: Desktop
- Install Harko for desktop and sign in.
- In Devices › This computer, turn on Use Chrome on this computer.
- Add the Harko extension to Chrome, open it from the toolbar and choose Allow Harko to work in pages.
The extension is on its way to the Chrome Web Store. The extension page links to it as soon as it is there.
What Harko does in Chrome
Harko opens pages, reads them and acts in them — only in its own tab group. It asks you before it sends, posts, buys or deletes anything. It never types into password or payment fields, and it doesn't download files.
From the extension's menu you can also choose Share this tab with Harko, or Let Harko see my open tabs (titles only).
If it isn't connected
A red ! on the extension icon means it is not connected. Open Harko for desktop on this computer and check that Use Chrome on this computer is on. Turning Use Chrome on this computer off disconnects the extension at once.
Chromium installed as a snap or flatpak on Linux is not supported.
