Cancel or change your plan
You can cancel a paid plan online at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Applies to: Web
- On the web, open the menu with your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Settings and billing. AnyModel opens, already signed in.
- Open Subscription.
- If you pay by card, choose Manage billing (card, cancel, receipts) and cancel there. If your plan is paid from your credit, choose Stop auto-renew.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing more is charged. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it. The free plan has nothing to cancel.
To change to another plan, choose it under Subscription.
