Scheduled tasks and your daily brief
Harko can run work on its own at the times you set — a morning briefing, a weekly plan, a reminder.
Applies to: Web · Phone app
Add or change a task
Ask Harko in the chat, in plain words: "Every weekday at 7 AM, give me a briefing of what changed overnight." Harko sets it up and lists it under Scheduled.
Pause, run now and history
On the web, open Scheduled:
- Pause stops a task until you choose Resume.
- Run now starts it right away. On Harko Cloud, a run counts as a task on your plan, like any scheduled run.
- History shows each run and whether it worked.
In the phone app, open Me › Scheduled tasks for Run now and Run history. Tasks that come with Harko can be paused but not deleted.
Daily brief and alerts
In the phone app, Me › Daily brief & alerts sets your morning brief and the alerts Harko sends when something needs your attention — at most 3 a day, with quiet hours.
Tasks on your computers
With Harko for desktop linked, Scheduled also has On your computers. Choose New task, then how often: Every day, Weekdays, Every week or Every few hours. You can have up to 20 computer tasks.
Times follow your time zone: "tomorrow at 9" is 9 AM where you are.
