Harko Cloud
- Starts the first time you sign in — nothing to install.
- Runs on our servers. It sleeps when you are not using it and wakes when you chat.
- Free to start; see Pricing for the plans.
Harko box
- A small device on your store's network, installed by us. It runs around the clock.
- It can also work on platforms that have no public way for apps to connect. On the web, these are listed under Needs a Harko box in Accounts.
- The box is priced separately — see the Store. Plans with a box have their own prices on Pricing.
Moving from Harko Cloud to a box
When you pair a box, your conversations, memory, files and goals move with you, and your plan changes to the box price. See Pair your Harko box.
