Pair your Harko box
Connect a Harko box to your account from the phone app. Your conversations and files move with you.

A new account with a box
- Make sure the box is on and connected to your store's network.
- Open the Harko app and tap I have a Harko box.
- Enter the Device code from the card in the box, or tap Scan to fill in.
- Tap Sign in and pair and sign in.
Already using Harko Cloud
Open Me › Harko box and tap Pair my Harko box. Harko shows Moving your data to your Harko box… while your conversations, memory, files and goals move over. Your plan changes to the box price, and unused Harko Cloud days are credited.
If the app says The device seems to be offline, see My Harko box is offline.
